O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to allot covered car parking to the petitioner in HIG MSB flat at Sholinganallur Phase II Scheme of the respondent board.

2. The petitioner applied for allotment of HIC NSB flat at Sholinganallur Phase II Scheme with specific request for covered car parking as he is senior citizen. The respondents had fixed the cost of the above flat @ Rs.58,60,000/- and the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.44,43,800/-, which is more than 75% of the total cost payable to the respondent. He made representations dated 27.12.2018 and 05.01.2019 requesting the respondents to allot covered parking as allotted to the employees of the National Information Commission. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioner seeking for allotment of car parking have not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.12.2018 and 05.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar vri To 1.The Managing Director, Tamilnadu Housing Board, Chennai.
