Mr. J. Chandran, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalat on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the appeal CMA.SR.34047 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this Application.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the Affidavit filed in support of this Application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the Petitioner/ Appellant is not entitled for any interest for the delay period, in case the award gets enhanced by the orders of this Court.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 08.10.2021.

6. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr. J. Chandran as counsel for the 2nd respondent.
