Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the encroachments in Survey No 645 / 2 Odai poromboke in Erode (C) village Erode Taluk and District.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that steps are already undertaken to remove the encroachment from the subject writ property. On instructions, he further submits that within a period of four months, the encroachments on the subject writ land would be

removed in accordance with law.
