ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 to recognise the petitioner and her 3 children as the Lessees of the two shops in Shop No.16 and Shop No.27B with the same conditions regarding lease period, advance and rent amount that may be provided to other 35 Lessees of the shops mentioned in the order dated 25.11.2013 of the Division Bench in W.A.No.1175 of 2011.

2. It appears from the records that the 1st petitioner's husband Late Mr.Jambugeswaran was the original lessee in respect of Shop No.16 and 27B and he was also a party to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.A.No.1175/11 dated 25.11.2013. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased Jambugeswaran. She made a representation on 7.9.2015 seeking benefit of the order passed by the Division Bench, as done in the case of similarly placed other persons by stepping into the shoes of the deceased Jambugeswaran. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 7.9.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
