ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent/State submitted that one current paper is pending against the petitioners for enquiry and if the petitioners shall participate in the enquiry, the current paper will be disposed of within three weeks and if the petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps against them.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners herein to participate in the enquiry and in case of proper co-operation to the enquiry, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners, till the completion of enquiry.
