ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 20.11.2013 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 25405 of 2013.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.11.2013 passed in W.P. No. 25405 of 2013, notice was issued to the concerned authorities. On consideration of the entire facts, an order dated 03.6.2014 has been passed by the third respondent holding that the land in dispute is a private patta land and as such no action for removal of the alleged encroachment can be taken. Thus, this contempt petition is closed.
