ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's revision dated 19.01.2024 filed against the proceedings dated 15.12.2023 passed in Pa.Mu.4024/2023/B2 on the file of the 2 nd respondent herein, in respect of petitioner's lands measuring 0.03.50 Hectares in S.F.No.10/3B1B situate at Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the order passed by the 2 nd respondent in the appeal dated 15.12.2023, the petitioner has filed a revision before the 1 st respondent on 19.01.2024 and the same is still pending. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2/6
3.Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since the Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the revision, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the 1 st respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein and the parties in the revision and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the revision dated 19.01.2024, within the time as prescribed in the circular No.R1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
