No.06/ 19-20 dated 21.2.2020 for paying Rs.25,03,393/- within 15 days (IN WMP.NO.8576 OF 2020) pending disposal of the above writ petition NO.7181 OF 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.KOLANDASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N. Damodharan, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.N. Damodharan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.
2. There shall be an order of interim stay to stay the operation of the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent in his Letter No.AEE/O and M/KNPuram/P.LTCT/A.No.06/19-20 dated 21.02.2020 subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with this condition, the stay shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
