Application Nos.273 and 274 of 2017 in C.S.No.153 of 2013 N.Sathish Kumar, J., These applications are filed to reopen the case and to recall PW1 for limited purpose of cross examination with regard to the affidavit said to have been filed by the 1st respondent/plaintiff in O.A.No.990 of 2016. Since this application is only for limited purpose, In my view, permission be granted to the applicant to cross examine PW1 only in respect of the affidavit filed in O.A.No.990 of 2016. Other than that, the applicant is not entitled to traverse beyond the scope of the said affidavit, since elaborate cross examination has already been done. 2.With the above observations, this application is allowed and the matter is directed to be posted before the learned Additional Master III on 02.02.2017 and the cross examination shall be completed on the same day. 24.01.2017 rm
