ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both sides learned Counsel filed a joint memorandum.

2. From the joint memorandum, it is seen that the management agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the workman and the workman had agreed to receive the same as full and final settlement.

3. After TDS deduction, the balance sum of Rs.9,54,550/- is being paid to the workman by Demand Draft shortly within a period of one week from today.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
