When the matter is taken up for admission, Ms.V.Lakshmi Priya, learned counsel on record representing the petitioners submits that the cause of action of the case does not survive as the petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
