Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to issue direction directing the respondents and their subordinates not to harass the petitioners by interfering in the possession of the property related to pending Civil suits, without due process of law.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the Respondents not to Harass to the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.96 of 2025 was conducted and the same has been closed.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
