This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.59 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of the first respondent under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 118(1), 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2024 and a final report was also filed on 19.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Puducherry.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
