Nos.5741, 5744 & 5746 of 2022 in S.A.No.703 of 2012 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2824 days in filing the above petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent R.Balasubramania Guptha; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record in the above Second Appeal and rank them as respondents 8 to 11.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, all the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
