These petitions are filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 398 days in filing the petition to restore the civil revision petitions, which were dismissed for non prosecution.

No appearance on behalf of the respondents. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos.3 to 8 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the facts and circumstances, the present petitions are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to restore the above civil revision petitions if they are in order.
