Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in its water disconnecting notice of letter vide Lr.No.CMWSSB/Area V/Court/2238/2016, dated 18.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to restore the water supply to the petitioner premises.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in its water disconnecting notice of letter vide Lr.No.CMWSSB/Area V/Court/2238/2016, dated 18.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to restore the water supply connection to the petitioner's premises. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now willing to pay the necessary charges as contemplated by the notice for reconnection and also undertakes https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that he will not herein do any mistake by sucking of water directly from the water main line through power electronic motor. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would contend that if the petitioner pays the necessary charges and execute a letter of undertaking that he will not repeat the mistake in future, they will restore the water supply connection to the petitioner's premises.

3.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
