ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506

(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.144 of 2021 dated 26.08.2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The FIR indicates that when the petitioners entered into the premises of the defacto complainant causing nuisance during the night hours, when it was questioned by the defacto complainant, he was attacked. The petitioners are at large, due to absconding, investigation could not be proceeded.

3. Considering the nature of offence and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court finds custodial interrogation requires in this case.
