ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent made in RC. No.930/MM12/2024 dated 08.09.2025, confirming the order of the District Collector in Na.Ka. No.B/G and M /126/2023 dated 18.01.2024 by confirming the order of the Sub Collector made in Na.Ka/A3/4163/2023 dated 23.08.2023 and quash the same

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the case was taken up the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the admittedly, there is an effective appeal remedy available before the Government under Rule 36-C(3) of Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959, hence, seeks liberty to approach the appropriate authority.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government under Rule 36-C(3) of Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be considered within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
