WP.No.14860 of 2015 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondent in its proceedings in R.C. No.6834/IE-2/2008 dated 10.04.2015 and to quash the same as illegal, unjust and against the Fundamental principles of natural justice and in consequence thereof forbear the respondent from interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the land bearing Plot No.DPS-103 admeasuring to an extent of 8.53 cents situated at Industrial Estate Kakkalur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District.
