VIII.C No.1314-3/2025, Z.O VIII.C.No1314-4/2025, Z.O.VIII.C No.13145/2025 Z.O.VIII.C No. 1314-6/2025 dated 17.02.2025 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 4th respondent to implement the order of the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.1566 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The lock and seal notice issued by the Greater Chennai Corporation to the petitioners is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for petitioners would submit that revision petition under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act has already been filed before the Government and pending. That being so, the High Court need not adjudicate the writ petition on merits. The Government is directed to dispose of the revision petition as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8574 of 2025 is closed. No costs.
