JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code praying to set aside the order of conviction and sentence dated 26.03.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry in SC.No.57 of 2007.
