For Petitioners : Mr.T.Seenivasan, SGP (Forest For Respondents : No representation C O M M O N OR D E R The petitioners have filed the writ petitions challenging the orders of the fifth respondent dated 05.01.2015, wherein, the petitioners were directed to pay wages to the respondents 1 to 4 in accordance with the G.O.(2D) No.82 "Labour and Employment (J2) dated 27.09.2002.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. No representation for respondents 1 to 4 in both the writ petitions.
3. Since the respective respondents 1 to 4 in both the writ petitions
are also Plot Watchers, and since the issue with regard to the Plot Watchers has already been settled subsequent to G.O viz., G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009 this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.
4. In view of the same, the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
