ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Ayan patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners claim that they have been issued with conditional patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. They seek for removal of the said conditions and therefore, they seek for issuance of Ayan patta in his name for the subject property. They claim that since their representation seeking issuance of Ayan patta was not considered by the respondents, they were constrained to file this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' representation, dated 12.11.2024 seeking for issuance of Ayan patta in the name of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Page No.3 of 7

order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire.
