2. By order dated 14.02.2018, this Court directed the defendant to appear before this Court on 06.03.2018. Pursuant to the repeated directions of this Court, the defendant appeared before this Court on 16.04.2018.

3. In view of the above, this Court feels that there is no necessity to recall the order dated 14.02.2018.

Hence, these Applications are closed.
