ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in IA No.2 of 2026 in OS No.264 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 pending on the file of the V Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai.

2. The petitioner herein filed IA No.2 of 2026 in OS No.264 of 2026 on the file of the V Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai, seeking ad interim injuction restraining the defendants their men, agents, attorneys, representatives and/or any one claiming though them from interfering with the Hoarding sites I.e 2 Nos., put by the plaintiff on the Moogambikai complex building located Old no.4 New No.7, Old Desikachari Road, Abhiramipuram, Alwarpent, Chennai 600 018 pending disposal of the present suit.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without discussing the merits of the case the Trial Court ordered notice to the respondents and also posted the case 45 days from the date of ordering notice and without mentioning any cause for the same. Hence, he prays to set aside the order dated 22.01.2026 passed by the Trial Court.

4. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to set aside the order passed by the Trial Court. Since the interim application is pending from February 2026, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of IA No.2 of 2026 in OS No.264 of 2026 on or before 30.04.2026. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Pending miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
