ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.02.2023. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was taken on file and the petition enquiry in C.No.599/DCB/Redhills/COP/2022, dated 09.02.2023, which was pending before the respondent Police has now been transferred to CCB, Avadi, Chennai.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the CCB Avadi, Chennai, to call the parties for enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
