Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the above Crl.O.P.No. 649 of 2022 order dated 12.01.2022 to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Hosur.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SATHYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 12.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.649 of 2022 to surrender and execute the sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time is extended till 19.04.2022, to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
