Recording the Compromise Memo filed by the petitioner, this proceedings in C.C.No.98 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo filed by the petitioner shall form part of this Order.
