O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are three cases were registered as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and the same was pending on the file of the respondent police.

4. It is seen that there are three FIRs have been registered as against the petitioner in Crime Nos.574 of 2018, 544 of 2018 and 593 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and the same was pending with the respondent police. Thereafter, the petitioner received the summon from the respondent police. Therefore, the petitioner is an accused in all the cases and once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
