This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family enabling them to put up compound wall in and around the property in Survey No.82/3, situated at Periyappattu Village, Silambi Mangalam Post, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent police conducted enquiry in the Complaint in CSR.No.30 of 2022, and the same was closed as early as on 18.01.2020.
