The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.01.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 120-A, 120-B, 121, 420, 465, 471, 466, 468, 470, 471, 481, 484, 485, 487 & 488 of IPC and subsequently altered under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 468 and 471(i)a of IPC, in Crime No. 4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
