This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the rejection order of the rectification petition filed by the petitioner to rectify the assessment order passed by the respondent vide order dated 30.05.2024. 2.Since the assessment order dated 30.05.2024 has been set aside by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2025 in W.P.Nos.8207, 8135 & 8349 of 2025, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous and hence, no further adjudication is required in in the present case. 3.In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
