Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.05.2015 in CSR No.337/DCA/2015 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Inspector of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a fresh complaint dated 01.05.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
