ORDER

Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 has filed an affidavit of the first respondent tendering unconditional apology for complying with the order of this Court belatedly.

2. Paragraph-24 of the affidavit shows that the medical expenses towards the treatment of the wife of the first petitioner and the mother of the second petitioner, to the tune of Rs.5,33,133/- has already been disbursed including costs awarded by this Court. Accepting the affidavit of the first respondent filed into Court on 17.2.2021 tendering 2/3

unconditional apology, this Court closes the contempt petition, since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.
