These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.B.Satish Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

The delay is only 10 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 10 days in filing these appeals is condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
