2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in Cr.No.30 of 2022 is completed and final report is filed. The case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.37 of 2023, POCSO Court.

3.On hearing the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission granted.
