ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.10130 of 2016, by order dated 18.03.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 4, within a period of six weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 07.02.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that by considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Thus, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent, in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
