CRIME NO.18/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3421/2020 by order dated 07.02.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.KARL MARX, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3421 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 17.02.2020.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3421 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
