This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the final report in crime No.343 of 2021 dated 21.08.2021 against the above persons.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.343 of 2021 has been completed and the charge sheet has been made ready to file before the jurisdictional Court. It has been sent to APP for opinion and it will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the same, a direction is issued to the respondent police to file the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
