This application has been filed by the Applicant / Defendant seeking leave of the Court to produce certain additional documents which were not filed by the applicant along with the written statement.

2. The suit is filed by the respondent seeking recovery of money based on the Insurance Policy. According to the applicant along with the written statement it filed its Investigator's report dated 03.03.2014, later on it came to the knowledge of the applicant that certain annexures which were enclosed by the Investigator along with the report dated 03.03.2014, were not filed along with the Document No.22 filed with the written statement.

3. It is asserted by the applicant that those enclosures were mixed up with the other papers and therefore, they were not filed along with the Document No.22 filed with the written statement. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the application in A.No.1827 of 2023 is allowed.
