ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram to dispose of the LAOP No.7 of 2016 on the file of Sub-Court, Kanchipuram as expeditiously within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the land was acquired in the year 2011 by the respondents for industrial purpose and till date the petitioner was not paid with the compensation. Therefore, he is before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram, to dispose of the LAOP No.7 of 2016 at the earliest.

3.It is seen that the LAOP.No.7 of 2016 was filed in the 2016 and it is covered in the category of cases, which are pending for more than 5 years.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram is directed to dispose of the case in LAOP No.7 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
