ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the complaint dated 31.07.2019 pending on the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even according to the petitioner the complaint has been pending without registering any FIR. Therefore, at this stage transfer of investigation cannot be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct the investigation on the complaint dated 31.07.2019 and after registering the FIR, issue notice to the concerned authorities and pass appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
