MUTHURAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner/claimant has come forward with this petition seeking to permit him to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,83,009/- deposited by the appellant/respondent to the credit of the M.C.O.P.No.3750 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, V Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/claimant and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.3,50,000/- of the amount lying in the deposit.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
