ORDER

Alleging disobedience of the order dated 27.08.2015 made in W.P.No.5664 of 2014, the petitioner has filed the contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he ahs also produced a copy of the communication dated

23.09.2016.

3.A perusal of the said communication dated 23.09.2016 would show that the contemnor has informed the petitioner that he is not the competent authority to pass orders and accordingly, the request of the petitioner along with the proceedings dated 04.01.2016 has been sent to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet.

4.In such view of the matter, this Court is satisfied with the compliance made. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to get appropriate relief either before the Revenue Divisional Officer or otherwise.
