2. Heard the counsel for the parties.

Accordingly, the fourth paragraph of the order passed in O.A.No.364 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 shall be read as follows:- "The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as per Section 44 of the Transfer of Property Act, every co-owner has right to deal with the property as far as his share is concerned. However, the possession cannot be parted. Therefore, their contention is that interim injunction cannot be put against the applicants. However, they have no objection for appointing a fresh arbitrator in the place of Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.V.Balasubramanian."
4. In other respects, the earlier order dated 23.09.2020 passed in O.A.No.364 of 2020 shall stand unaltered.
