For Petitioner : M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN Advocate For Respondent : MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is a petition filed for Anticipatory Bail.

2. The alleged offences against the petitioner are under Section 5 r/w 7(3) of TNLR Act and Section 420 of I.P.C. and the alleged offence took place on 06.03.2018

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the second accused. A1 was already arrested. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he is not the owner for the sale of lottery tickets and he does not know about the materials, which were directed to be sold by his owner, whether are permitted to be sold and hence, he claims innocence.

4. Considering the said aspect, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders, that the petitioner, in the event of arrest, shall be enlarged on bail, on condition that:

1. The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Tiruchengode.

2. The petitioner shall appear thereafter before the respondent police daily at 10;00 a.m. Until further orders.

With these directions and observations, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
