ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 386, 392 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.1325 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused way laid the defacto complainant and attacked him with deadly weapons and also robbed a sum of Rs.1,200/- from the defacto complainant. Hence the compliant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and in no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that 14 similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that 14 similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
