This revision arises against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvannamalai, passed in Crl.M.P.No.4803 of 2015 in Crime No.501 of 2015 on 23.09.2015.

2. Petitioner is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.501 of 2015 on the file of respondent police for offences u/s.4(1)(aaa) r/w 4 (1)(A)ii of TNP Act r/w Section 5 & 6 of TNRS Rules 2003. In connection with such case, the petitioner's vehicle viz., Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck bearing registration No.TN-32-AB-3371 was seized by respondent police. Seeking interim custody of the vehicle, the petitioner/A1 filed Crl.M.P.No.4803 of 2015 before the Court below and the same came to be dismissed under orders dated 23.09.2015. There against, the present revision has been filed.

3. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two hearings and the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for respondent.

5. This revision is to be dismissed both on the ground of there being no representation for the petitioner as also that an order of confiscation has been passed by Additional Superintendent of Police, Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Tiruvannamalai and only an appeal would lie there against. This Criminal Revision is dismissed.
