O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed, praying to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court for disobeying the order dated 2.12.2014 and 22.9.2015 made in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.P.No.31419 of 2014.

2. By order, dated 2.12.2014, this Court granted interim stay. Subsequently, the said interim order came to be made absolute by order, dated 22.9.2015 passed by my brother Judge, R.Subbiah, J. Therefore, it is for the applicant to move a contempt petition for non-compliance of the order dated 22.9.2015.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to permission withdraw this petition and grant liberty to file a fresh contempt petition for the violation of the subsequent order passed on 22.09.2015, before the learned Judge.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to file contempt

petition before the learned Judge who made the order absolute.
