ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to refund the illegal recovery amount of Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs twenty thousand) with interest along with the two cash receipts obtained for Rs.25,000/- each from the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
